New Course Offering for Fall 2014- IBUS 4900 – Global Energy

IBUS 4900This fall 2014, the Department of International Business is proudly offering IBUS 4900 – Global Energy.  The course will be offered on Tuesdays from 3:30pm to 6:00pm.

Without the heat, light, and mobility provided by suppliers of energy, modern society could not function. Burning hydrocarbons, however, is increasingly fraught with risks.

Entrepreneurs, corporations and governments are therefore rushing to find new ways to generate usable energy. The goal of the course is to understand three aspects of the energy business: the fundamental economics, the politics, and the business solutions.
